Zubair Abdurra’uf Idris is a seasoned journalist and media executive with over three decades of experience shaping Nigeria’s media landscape. A German-trained investigative reporter, he is renowned for his fearless pursuit of truth, justice, and human rights.

As Director of Operations at the Voice of Nigeria and Co-Founder of Wadata Media and Advocacy Centre (WAMAC), Zubair has been instrumental in advancing good governance, accountability, and media excellence nationwide. Under his leadership, WAMAC has become a driving force for peacebuilding, social inclusion, and grassroots empowerment across Nigeria’s six geo-political zones.
